At the Shire of Peppermint Grove Council meeting of 21 June 2010, Council responded to the following question (amongst others):
Will the Council now debate the possibility of
rescinding the demolition permit of the Cliffe?
The reponse supplied to Council members in the agenda said:
Council will debate the matter when the
current Planning Approval expires in September 2010.
This means the owner only has a little over three months to demolish the house before he must seek another permit.
