It's not very often news is this old, but recently we've been given some coies of POST articles from 1995, around the time the Cliffe was bought by the Creasys.
All are interesting, but make sure you read the comments of architect Marcus Collins who visited the house in 1995, just after the Creasys bought it.
Here's a bit of what he had to say in July 1995....
"The house is in outstanding condition.
"It's absolutely beautiful. The original kitchen and bathroom fitting are still there.
"The walls, ceilings, skirting and tiling were largely original.
"Until the Creasys bought the property it was occupied by a family and it's in wonderful condition.
"If someone wanted to restore it or adapt it to more modern living it would not take much work"
