News - 1 October 2011 - No sale yet, but an extension on the demolition

No word yet on a completed sale. Offers closed on 9 September... getting on for a month ago. Meanwhile Council has apporoved the owner's application for an extension on his demolition permit.
The only encouraging thing is that we haven't heard the sale has been completely abandoned... yet.
