No word yet on a completed sale. Offers closed on 9 September... getting on for a month ago. Meanwhile Council has apporoved the owner's application for an extension on his demolition permit.
The only encouraging thing is that we haven't heard the sale has been completely (...)

Just when everything started to look hopeful for the Cliffe with a new owner and a restictive covenant to protect the house, the owner has lodged a new demolition application and no buyer has been announced.
